More good news for video gamers. According to a new study from the Nature Neuroscience journal, fast-paced action games can increase elements of visual function in adults. To quote the study exactly: “Video game training, therefore, may become a useful complement to eye-correction techniques that are routinely used in the clinic to improve eyesight.”
